Richard and Tania Smith besides owning the best MK1 turbo in the country
also own this 1981 1.3S in snapdragon which was sold on the day for £2000 - a snip.
James Riley drove down from West Yorkshire in this superb 3000 mile only 1982 1.3 Auto.
Up from London in another 1.3 Auto, this time a 1983, was Tom Morley aka knightsbridge
who, as you can see by the engine bay alone, is the king of the detailers.
This rare standard 310 van was parked next to Tom Morley and the owner only lives a few doors away
in London. Ed Graefe in the beige City to his right, also from London, brought up a pair of houndstooth
check seats which now replace the worn out ones in the van..small world !
Another one coming up the M40 was Ed Graefe who brought along
his young son and this very nice beige City.
Moira McKeown aka orinocco99 drove up from Hampshire with
husband Dean in their Azure Blue MG1300.
Jim Lott aka MGMetro Jim, the club photographer, displayed his
Black MK2 Turbo for all of us to envy.
John Read aka readie and his son brought his restored Surf from Plymouth.
Bought off Ebay for £56, it's now worth a lot more.Brian Nesbitt, seen in the background of the second photo,
diplayed his gorgeous GTa.
This cranberry red 1.3 Auto came down from Wigan
and is owned by MOC treasurer Jim Patrickson aka shunter.
