oi oi metro lovers lol i own agrey / silver two tone turbo metro iv been told two tones are very rare it was first registed in glasgow in 03 04 1986 c643kus has had ten owners from new from glasgow to south coast 2 bedfordshire its done 91 k :? anyone knows m8s aor friends who might have owned it between 86 and 97

Looks fairly Solid.

Is Tempest Grey the same colour that is on MK1 Turbos? The same colour was used on the Rover R8 aswell.

when i got this car it was acomplete wreck had no seats ever panel had rust had avery hard life engine gearbox will need 2 be rebuilt and cruches when u change down into second gear i want the car resprayed will keep it same colour had trouble getting the seats for this car as not many turbos with good seats theres bot 5 different turbos have gone in 2 this car taken me 8 years 2 get this far with it lol :roll: will get there one day :D

That will be a nice car when its finished. Looks like you got abit of 4x4 supension going there too :lol: .

Lee, the mk1 turbos dont have tempest grey bottom halfs. The colour is a very dark grey almost black but i dont know the name of the colour.

its coming along still alot more work to do when i got the car it had mk1 graffics on it ,will put the mk2 graffics back on it once resprayed i have got an engine and gear box with only 44k to fit in this car came out of awhite E reg that was fire damaged on one side

i might be wrong think the darker grey might be called hurricane grey did buy this colour by mistake from the rover dealer bot 3 years back looks same on cap but is darker colour
