Gave it abit of a clean and done a few bits on it so thought id pop a few bits on here :D

Painted my R200 centre console with would you believe it, metallic black VHT paint! used it on my calipers and its the same colour as this (its bloody grey!)

VVC Inlet and 16v Cam Cover cleaned with some random paint stripper (needs shotblasting for sure) - might just laquer them though haha

Bit of a clean, you can tell the difference between the rear quarter and the rest of the car :D my arm started to ache so i gave up after that :P

And when you knuckle joints get abit of grit in them! Cost me £50 to replace them with new ones! :o

GREAT LOOKING CAR !!!!!!
Would you consider a swap 1.4 diesel !!! ( joking).

How long has it taken you?
Have you any further modifications to carry out?
How much did it cost?
cheers Coco

Hi Brent. The front splitter on it there was from an Astra Coupe, god knows where that is now its been on ebay a few times, Laguna splitters look really nice but imo they are abit too common now so i have taken it off :D
Side skirts either standard R100 ones painted or Metro GTi ones fit straight on, best place is ebay, metropower or the scrappers ;)

Hi Coco, as much as the mpg appeals to me i couldnt lol 8-) Iv had the car nearly 1yr and a half and i spend far too much time and money on it! :D
Future mods include 16v head, stealth boot install (ie carpeted with small sub located in the side of the boot all undercover), im in the process of buying Metro bonnet and bumpers so i can choose if i want the R100 look or the Metro GTi look :P

Cost me £600 when i bought it with Tax and Test, at the time it had done 26.5k and was pretty damn mint! travelled for 3 hours each way for it, wanted one in this colour for ages and it came on ebay so i phoned him, he told me the price, i nearly fell over and told him id be down in the morning to collect it :D doesnt look like it but iv spent far more than that getting it how it is now! including new panels after i bashed him
