1981 austin minimetro 1.3s

heres a few pics of my 1.3s which went under light resto last year and won best austin metro in 2007 at the mgm saloon day. it has done just over 11,000mile from new and is currently being stored at sean's (cheers) was going to sell it then came to my senses as i think i would have regretted it too much

That could actually be the cleanest metro and the cleanest engine bay ive ever seen :o Stunning

Hi :) Another Metro that is a total credit to you! Glad you not selling it now as you would definately not get another one as gorgeous as this :) .

wow, it's a good looking car ! ... You must've spend a lot of your time cleaning out the engine compartment... Ours looks a bit like that, plus we have an valvecover from an MG Metro in it :) ...

The only thing missing on this is the a+ decal on the rocker top, yep did take a few weeks to get it looking as it is now had to strip it down to the bare shell here are a few more pics.

That is STUNNING!! I'm embarrassed to open the bonnet on my 1.3S . . . . though it's not terrible.

Wait till you see his Turbo once the cleanup's finished, could be a tough choice deciding between those two!!!
